First let me say “Welcome to Poker USA News and Reviews”. The purpose of Poker USA is to offer insights to Poker and situations that impact Poker Players of all experiences. Without question poker can is fun as well as profitable. My two greatest passions, outside of family, are Poker and Golf. I play a considerable amount of golf and I would like to play more poker. Of course poker and golf are personal choices, and our Government does not care how much I or anyone plays golf. Poker? A different story. A story I find sad whenever our personal liberties are taken from us. That said there is nothing I can do about it so why stress. That is not what Poker USA is about. We are about explaining what makes the difference between someone that loses, and the winners. OK, some comments about why poker should be a personal choice. Revenues in online gaming business rose from only $800 million in 1998 to over $20 billion in 2010. London-based Merrill Lynch analyst Andrew Burnett says online gaming business could generate over $177 billion in revenues by year 2015. Over $100 billion will come from sports betting. The global online gaming industry continues to grow, despite the regulatory restraints and worldwide economic crisis. While the whole world is being hit by this financial downturn, online gaming business has shown its resiliency. A study performed by the worldwide gambling market advisor Mr. Marco Felice Baranzelli has proved that online gambling industry keeps constantly growing bringing online casino and poker business owners colossal profits.
